We've recently changed our caching name from HayleeBugg to CSI:Cache Scene Investigators. We created a new HayleeBugg account so Haylee can have it as an account if she wants it some day. The old site is still where it used to be, though it wasn't been updated since we found #100 way back in October 2008. Creating a log at the geocaching website and a blog post here for every find just got to be so much work that it was never done. It had some advantages in that we could say a little more in our blog post than we wanted to in a cache log. It was also nice to have tags to be used as a "who was there" type of thing, but all-in-all laziness took hold and only the geocaching.com website got updated with our new finds.

Now in 2009 we've signed up for a twitter account. The program Jake uses on his BlackBerry for paperless caching (CacheBerry) has a feature that it can post directly to twitter from the field. So, while it's still a different site to have to update, it's fairly painless. In fact, CacheBerry pops right up asks if the find/DNF should be posted to twitter right after it's told about it! So, if you'd like to know when we find caches, go ahead and follow us. We may occasionally post other things geocaching related to it, but it will mostly be used for when we leave a cache site (whether successful or not). This site is in its infancy, so who knows where it will go in the future.
